Let me walk on high wire of rusty nails
While barefoot shedding the flesh of our existance

i don't think we're moving this summer. it sure doesn't look like we will. it's already the end of july, and my father has not gotten any word from the interviewer people. thinks are starting to look up actually, because i'd rather live here in new york, in a sh-t house that looks like a trailer w/o wheels, in a place where i have friends and people i'm chummy with than live in some massive house with a big yard and not have any friends.
i really don't want to move, and i'm absolutely ecstatic just considering that there's a possibility we won't. if we don't move, and if i stay here for the 10th grade, i know it'll be a great year. i don't know why, i just feel it will be. i really can't wait for it to start...
anywho, if i'm going to stay here for my sophomore year, i better get started on my summer reading.

wow ;) many thanks for that, its been a while since i've gotten such a sincere compliment. i've to say it made me smile. thanks a lot, and i'm glad you like my blog... its a reflection of me :D and yes, your assumption was correct, i'm female.
i agree with the laughter thing, it makes the world blossom. and cheese-its...hell yessa.
and btw, do you have a blog of your own? i just might leave a little comment, if i havent already. i mean, i've been to so many blogs owned by people named ashley. my most genuine apologies for not recognizing the name. tis quite vague.

Your blog is very interesting and I mean that. It is by far the (for lack of a better word) coolest blog I've seen so far. You seem to be a very down to earth girl (please don't hate me if you are a guy, colleen sounds like a girls name).

And to answer your question of the day, the simplest thing that makes me smile is laughing. Sounds stupid yes, but laughing is the best thing you can do...other than love. But love is sometimes overrated. (People take it for granted and it's very clecheid <sp)

Oh yes, and eating Cheese-It's :)
